His leadership extended to holding the position of Grama Panchayath President for several years, where he contributed to the local governance and community welfare.
Born into a middle-class family in Parapurathpoyil in Vennakode, Moideenkutty Master was the son of Ahmed Kutty Haji. Despite his humble beginnings, his dedication to social causes and his contributions to the local political and cultural landscape earned him widespread respect and recognition. His influence and efforts were instrumental in addressing local issues, improving infrastructure, and promoting cultural harmony within the community.
Moideenkutty Master was born on July 1, 1945, in Vennakode. His early attraction to the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) led him to join the party, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding its presence in Vennakode and the Omassery Panchayath. His leadership and dedication were instrumental in the upbringing and consolidation of the party’s influence in the region.
In addition to his political work, Moideenkutty Master began his career as a school teacher at Variakode Primary School in Nochad, near Perambra. His commitment to education and community service was evident, but in 1990, he voluntarily retired from teaching to focus more on politics and social service. His decision to step away from his teaching career allowed him to dedicate himself fully to serving the people through his political and social work, earning him respect and recognition in both fields.
NIT – Puthoor Road
